This policy complies with UK consumer law and the requirements of Apple Pay & Google Pay.

Your Right to Cancel: Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, cancel within 14 days. Notify via email (hello@nailashparadise.co.uk). Confirmation sent.
Refunds made with the same payment method used (including Apple Pay/Google Pay). Processed within 14 days of receiving Goods or proof of return.
We will not refund additional delivery charges paid for express or premium shipping services.
Conditions for Returns: Goods within 14 days, unused, original packaging, and in perfect, resaleable condition.
Exclusions (non-returnable items): same as old version + highlights cosmetics/beauty products explicitly.

Returning Goods: customer pays unless Goods are faulty/incorrect, return to NOTHING IMPOSSIBLE LTD, 44 Surrey Road, Dagenham, Essex RM10 8ES. Must use tracked courier. Refund only after receipt/proof.
Customers are always responsible for return shipping costs (unless Goods are faulty or not as described). We cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged returns. Proof of tracked delivery is required.

Gifts: if gift → store credit. If not → refund to original purchaser.
Faulty or Damaged Goods: entitled to full refund/replacement under Consumer Rights Act 2015. Notify within 30 days.
If Goods are returned damaged, used, or not in resaleable condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.
