Warranty Repair Rules


The standard warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase. A repair or replacement will only be recognized as a warranty case if the defect is proven to have occurred through no fault of the buyer and under normal usage conditions.

1) Warranty Case


The seller (manufacturer) recognizes the case as a warranty and will repair or replace the product free of charge if:

- The defect is due to a manufacturing or material fault.

- The buyer has complied fully with the operating and storage instructions.


⚠️ Important: The handle and machine can be disassembled or repaired only by the manufacturer or an authorized service provider. Unauthorized disassembly or repair immediately voids the warranty.

2) Non-Warranty Cases


The seller (manufacturer) is not obliged to provide free repairs, replacement, or refund if the defect arose due to the buyer’s actions, including but not limited to:

- The handle or machine was disassembled by the buyer.

- The handle or machine was repaired by another workshop (not the manufacturer or authorized service).

- Accidental damage (fall, hit, liquid damage, etc.).

- Misuse, negligence, or use against the instructions provided.

- Improper transportation or storage of goods.

- Normal wear and tear due to usage over time.


When the case is not covered by warranty, all repair, shipping, and return expenses are at the buyer’s expense.

3) Warranty Claim Procedure


In case of defect, the buyer must contact the original store where the product was purchased. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided. No direct claims to the manufacturer will be accepted without store verification.

4) Legal Compliance


In line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015:

- The seller is obliged to accept goods back for inspection, even in non-warranty cases.

- When the case is not covered by warranty, all costs (inspection, repair, shipping) are borne by the buyer.

5) Payment & Refunds


All payments are securely processed through third-party providers, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not store payment card details. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued only to the original payment method used. Refunds will only be made in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
