LED Nail Lamp – Warranty, Refund & Returns Policy

Warranty Period

The product is covered by a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, if the product develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect or material failure under normal use, the seller will repair or replace it free of charge.

 Warranty Conditions

The warranty applies if:
- The defect is confirmed to be a result of a manufacturing or material fault.
- The buyer has followed all operating, usage, and storage instructions.
- The product has not been tampered with, disassembled, or repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer or an authorized service provider.

⚠️ Important: Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification will immediately void the warranty.

Non-Warranty Cases

The warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by:
- Disassembly or repair carried out by the buyer or any unauthorized third party.
- Accidental damage (including drops, impacts, or liquid exposure).
- Misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the operating instructions.
- Improper transportation or storage.
- Normal wear and tear resulting from use over time.

In such cases, all inspection, repair, shipping, and return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 Warranty Claim Procedure

If a defect arises, the buyer must contact the original store of purchase.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
Direct claims to the manufacturer will not be accepted without store verification.

 Refund & Returns Policy

a) Right to Cancel (Online Purchases)
- Buyers have the right to cancel the order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
- Notice of cancellation must be given in writing (email or letter) within this period.
- Goods must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

b) Faulty Goods
- If faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.
- After 30 days, repair or replacement will be offered. If not possible, a refund may be issued.

c) Exchanges
- Available for faulty products, subject to stock.
- For non-faulty products, exchanges may be accepted within the 14-day cancellation period (online orders only).

d) Refund Process
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or payment card).
- Refunds cannot be provided in cash or to another account.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

e) Exclusions
- Unauthorized repairs or tampering.
- Accidental or intentional damage.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products returned outside legal or warranty timeframes.

 Legal Compliance

This policy complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this warranty.

Payments

- All payments are securely processed through third-party providers, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- We do not store payment card details.
- Refunds will only be made to the original payment method used.
